What it does

Replaces spreadsheets: member requests, admin approval, instalments and automatic reminders.

A full web platform, with an isolated deployment per organisation: its own database, WhatsApp session and domain.

Two independent organisations use it daily, each on its own deployment.

Technical details

Separate environment, database, processes and domain per client, each with its own branding.
WhatsApp automation sends scheduled payment reminders without anyone pressing send.
Member and admin roles, hashed passwords and token auth.
Scheduled database backups plus PDF and Excel reports.
The recording is the same code on my machine with a fictional fund of 30 members. WhatsApp, email and backups are switched off in the demo build.
